I chose Box-N-Go for the convenience and because their prices are very reasonable. They provide quality service. Their customer service is excellent. They are always nice no matter when you call them. My experience with Box-N-Go has been better than I expected. I did not know that I was going to have my things in storage for as long as I have. With Box-N-Go, if you have your stuff in storage for a year, you get a bargain rate. It is a really good deal. In fact, it has helped and encouraged me to keep my stuff there. Otherwise, I would have been in a hurry to get it out. I feel that my things are secure and safe. I also have easy access to my stuff. All in all, Box-N-Go is the best because they will tell you up front how much everything costs. There are no hidden cost, as there can be with other storage companies. | |

ox-n-go storage is amazing. They take so much of the hassle out of moving or packing things up for storage- no more scouring the city for boxes, and making numerous trips back and forth to the storage facility to drop off your stuff; they will deliver the storage pods right to your house and pick them up for you once you have them all packed up and ready to go. They even have a website that is convenient, quick, and easy to navigate. Their customer service is second to none, and the staff is friendly and punctual. They will store your items for you for as long as you need, and deliver them to their final destination on your schedule. The prices are good, and as I said, the company in general is just amazing. What a great concept for busy single parents like me! | |

I called here to get a pod for my stuff - I was moving out and needed to get everything packed and secured in a hurry. I didn't want to have a lot of hassles and this way, by using a pod, I don't have to do a lot of loading and unloading. The customer service girl coordinated with me to get the pod delivered on time and when I called for a pickup, they sent someone out early the next day. Very convenient and well worth it, for me. | |

I called to order a storage pod to be delivered and igured I'd have to wait at least a week or two, but they were able to deliver an empty pod the next day! I was going to be moving (job offer dictated a quick move) and they were able to get a pod out to me fast and they even picked it up the day that I called for pickup. Their service is fast, glad I gave them a call and got everything packed and ready for my new apartment. | |

Hands down the best prices I' ve found on moving pods. I've been looking for a good deal on a moving pod for my daughter - she and her 3 unruly kids have been living with us for the past few weeks and I needed a place to store all their stuff before the house that they're moving into is ready for them to move. It's a fixer upper, I just hoped it would've been ready by now. The pod was delivered a few days ago and it's been so hectic trying to get everything loaded. The staff was easy to work with and had a pod dropped off 3 days after I called. | |

I really appreciate the convenience of Box-N -Go, that was what really sold me on them versus other companies offering a similar service, well, that and they had far better prices. My old condo sold faster than anticipated, while I'm still about 2 months away from the closing date on our house. The point person I've worked with from BoxnGo really made everything run smoothly, even when I needed to change the date of the drop off for the pod. I love how great people have been to work with, and I'm looking forward to being able to start the upacking process soon - only 2 more weeks until the closing date. | |
